Began a plant-based whole grain diet 4 weeks ago (Aug. 24, 2017) (Dr. Esselstyn and "The China Study") to try to help medical conditions I have: CHF and COPD. Mainly want to use this site to calculate my caloric intake and grams of fat, protein, carbs I consume each day. Do free weights and treadmill 6 days a week, lots of gardening, do-it-yourself projects and playing with our puppies.
