not giving up or in. a good day, less than 1400 calories. working on getting to the gym the next five days. eating more, smaller meals.

Worked out today! Still doing Tai Chi each night. Yes! Stayed below calorie limit of 1500 for two days. Need to achieve this for a full week.
I love myself when I am working hard!

Stayed on calories goal today. Yeah! Doing Tai Chi each night and going to the gym to workout five days this week. I am on day three of a seven day goal. I am taking small bites of my diet elephant.

struggling, but still working on it. i exercised today and paid attention to what I ate. that is a good way for me to cut back. eating by 7 p.m. is a challenge. it is 7:12 p.m. and i am only now preparing dinner. my goals this week - to exercise 5 days and to eat my final meal by 7 p.m. i'll report back all week.

I keep trying! I feel better when I make entries into fatsecret. Still need to weigh myself and still need to stop eating cookies. Yikes!
