Quite happy at weigh-in. Lost 2 pounds. Hope to push forward this week. Going to the gym more often and walking everyday after dinner. We shall see. I remain hopeful.

No bread all week. Do not even miss it. Stayed true and it feels good. Going to doctor tomorrow and see how I am doing. Working on weight loss to help with issues of high blood pressure and aging joints.

Went to gym last two days, got heart rate up! Not so great on the calorie side today, but headed out now for a brisk walk. Weigh-in coming on Friday. Shooting for another two pounds. Determined to stick with it.

got to the gym today. Yes! stayed below the 1500 cal mark, plus workout. moving forward.
