Hello everyone! I'm back. I've gotten over the drama of the fractured ankle. I can sit at my pc now and journal again. I'm back to fetching my own meals rather than just eating what my son was shoveling in front of me which mostly consisted of take out. It was all salty and just plain un-APPEALING. The only thing I feel in love with were the coffes from krispy kreme and dunkin donuts. I haven't had a dunkin donut in years and years but i will admit to two apple fritters from krispy kreme. Tonight I made a mac and cheese for the holiday meal and I will forgo the stuffing\ dressing. I bought a apple\ cherry pie from the deli and cook turkey parts. HAPPY THANKSGIVING EVERYONE!!!

well I slept through breakfast and lunch. I had nachos and a pepsi for dinner and did a pedicure and laundry, then I ate a burrito and drank some diet cranberry juice for a snack.. Now I'm headed to bed hoping tomorrow will be another blessed day. Good night secret babies!

I did some more walking today eve though it rained. I did some crying on my SO's shoulder and her was the one I was crying about! Geez I can't say goodbye to him because I'm not used to breaking up with guys. They always broke up with me and for the life of me I don't know why either of us won't pull the plug! Anyway, that cry emptied out my head so I could clear some space for some nutritional facts. I need more water, leafy greens and healthy carbs in my life.
This week will be better than last week. I'm on a mission. I'm not only talking the talk, I'm going to walk the walk!

I finally got up the nerve to weigh in annnddddd? One pound. I will do better. I have to. I'm shopping for a new SO. I'm inspired.
