Had a really unhealthy day yesterday! On the bright side, I came in under my RDI... Which is good but I didn't really eat, I just drank most of them in vodka :/ oh well.... Lets hope today will be better!

So apparently according to an online calculator, I should be eating roughly between 1400 and 1700 calories a day to make sure I keep losing weight.... but on here it says 1800 will let me lose weight :/ gonna try aim for the 1400 a day now, with the 1700 as a buffer, need to get this shifted for March'16!

Went to my mums to weigh myself (and also to see her!)... Seems I have lost 2.4lbs!!! Maybe tiny and insignificant to some but that is a huge step for me! My first loss! If i can just keep doing what I'm doing, no cravings for chocolates or sweets or cakes or pastries... So far! No added sugar in my tea (a tiny bit in my cereal but I cannot handle weetabix with no sugar!) had a few packets of those 'healthy' crisps and have drank quite a bit of alcohol, but my general meals have been decent, and it was Manchester Carnival so was kind of mandatory to get drunk! Didn't cave and eat shed loads of junk, and even took the skin off my chicken wings! Worked out if I do manage 2lbs a week off, it would take me to March 2016, heres to smashing that goal for my 27h birthday :D

Had a pretty good 1st day today (I think) had a lie in so started off with S.W homemade chips, spaghetti and a fish cake (3syns there I'm led to believe). Then went to work and had 2cups of tea no sugar, milk with a grape fruit pot (using milk in tea as healthy extra), then came home, had a massive salad with just under a tsp of olive oil and lemon as dressing, baked chicken wings (took the skin off after cooking and put straight in bin before I could think about it!) and a little bit of rice. I put out the rice last so there wasn't much space on my plate, and ate it last, but turns out I was full so only had half of the rice! Massive pat on the back for me, as its the stopping-eating-when-full thing in trying to master, just hopeful I can keep this up now... 😁 there was a bit of vodka left in the kitchen (about 1 shot worth) so just pored that out with Tesco lemon and lime zero (another few syns there) I know I drink quite a bit (a lot!) at the end of the week, so in the back of my mind I'm kinda saving some syns til then! Yay for day 1, no hunger and no food coma! I've got a choice of Weetabix and banana, or yoghurt, oats and frozen fruit for breakfast tomorrow, actually looking forward to it, oh yeah, I probably should buy some scales, my weight is from my mums this weekend I actually don't own any scales they used to depress me, but currently have no way of keeping track of all this!
