Success story to share
I remember loving to read success stories when I was losing weight. I lost 60 pounds and have kept it off for a long time now. HOW?
1. I exercised by walking an hour 5 days a week.
2. stayed off the scale and focused on habits i was changing
3. eating when i was hungry-stopping when satisfied
4. eating more fruits and vegetables
5. Did not buy my problem foods
6. kept a real positive and determined attitude.
7. read my SHAPE MAGAZINE AND COOKING LIGHT
8. stayed away for the white stuff that stimulates your appetite
In spite of the statistics that suggest most people dont keep their weight off, if it is a lifestyle you will keep it off.
You can do it one day at a time. I published a book Dr Kathy's Health and Weight Loss Guide. (not sure i am supposed to share that part)
