Well, 177 seems to be my weight. Nothing up, nothing down. Thankful for the nothing up. Just gonna keep on trying.... Here's a tip. We eat venison. That is a wonderful way to get a healthy protein into your diet. It has a lot less calories and fat and much lower cholesterol. I made "hamburger helper lasagna " as a base, reduced the amount of venison burger, added veggies and that made a great main dish at a fraction of the calories, fat & cholesterol. No one would know it was venison in this recipe.
