No more weight watchers points??? This was the whole reason I used this site since it made it so easy to track how many points I had each day.
Very unhappy with that decision... not really sure if this site is worth it anymore now. I can still record my foods here but then I have to calculate everything on my own and write that down somewhere separate?

Woah, I guess I let the loss at my last weigh in go to my head this weekend. I ate, and ate, and ate.... and then ate a little bit more.
Today is a new day and I'm back on track! Eating well all day and then hitting the gym hard tonight.

Officially down 20 lbs (well, 19.5 but I'll round up)!!! I feel awesome. Moments like these make me realize that all the frustrating moments are worth it. All of the pain I feel at the gym is worth it. Not having that piece of cheesecake is definitely worth it!
I'd like to lose faster - but I have to always remember that this is a process and it won't happen overnight.

Didn't lose this week which is frustrating, but at least it's not a gain!!! Hopefully this just means I'm building some muscle :)
