Good morning!! Still bouncing around 185-188. I eat very freely but stopped having my “oh I’m so stressed, let me have 2 glasses of wine”. This was almost every night and in turn I would not eat real food but snack on cheese, crackers yada yada. So now I’m making efforts to actually cook.
Menopause is kicking my ass. It’s time to explore HRT.
My honey is amazing. I just spent a long weekend w him in Houston and he has purchased tickets to Madonna and planned other things too. He is a keeper.
Lifting weights 3 days per week and just can’t get back to my 5 or 6 day routine due to these aches and fatigue. This too will get better and if not 3 days is going to have to cut it.
Oh and I’m building a brand new townhome for the kittie and myself. A lil 3 bed, 2.5 bath, 2 car garage thingie. Super excited!!!
Life is good.
Work is still nuts but hey as long as that check keeps being deposit every two weeks I’m all in.

I’ve been eating carb heavy breakfast, light snack and protein heavy dinner which has kept my cals lowish

Bouncing between 187-189. Work stress at all time highs. Make it to the gym 2-3 days per week at the most. Things could be better but they could also be worse.

Good morning, still bouncing between 187-189 ish. Menopause is messing with everything. While my hot flashes are under control (thank you Veozah) I’m in constant pain. This is apparently normal when estrogen plummets. I’m almost 5 months post hysterectomy and can’t decide if I made the right decision. I can’t sleep at night so doc gave me something that’s working but the morning fogginess is horrendous.
My mind is ok for the most part. I’m not moody or too much up and down when it comes to that but most def struggling with this pain, OTC meds have messed up my blood press. It’s high 🤦♀️
Exercise helps and I force myself 3 days a week. Work is nuts, the stress levels are unreal.
Travel honey is now my one and only honey. Im building a brand new town home. Life is good but this pain gotta go…I’m
