Good morning 🌞 I really need to do a better job keeping up with my food dairy but sometimes I get so busy and I put it off. I usually forget to put my exercise in too. I have been walking and jogging with my son in the morning usually for a hour about 3 days a week. I use a resistance band now for strength training every other day it’s made a lot of difference. I’m much more toned.

I just realized that I lost a bra size! I’m so excited. I love this app! It helps me stay focused and encouraged, to know that I’m not alone on my weight journey. Plus, I’ve even gotten some ideas from the interesting food posts that other people make.
