oh dear, oh dear, oh dear! I am on an eating frenzy and need to get control! it's the old emotional eating again, I need to find a way to combat it, find another way to regulate myself. Tomorrow I am going out walking with my friend and her horses, so that will give me good exercise, then out seeing a band on Sunday, but that involves eating out, as it's a birthday bash. Hopefully things will settle soon and I can get my disciplined self back 🙄

Was away for the day yesterday, 6hrs sat on my backside driving and meals out, so expected a gain and got it! I am out again for a meal tomorrow, but that's all i have planned for the week. Might be out walking with my friends horses Sunday (they can't be ridden), so that will certainly burn some fat off me.

Think I may have hit Ketosis! 😁 It's been really nice getting creative again in the kitchen doing keto, the only draw back is eating out, no one caters for keto, I have to ask for lots of amendments to my meal. Tonight I am out for an evening meal and plan to go for the trout and a salad.
