I was skin and bones until I reached the age of 14 years and have had a weight problem all of my life. I have sometimes been really trim and others really not trim. At my heaviest I weighed 207 lbs. Over a period of five (5) months in 2017 I lost a little over 60 lbs and kept it off until the pandemic hit hard and my weight has gradually creeped back up to 164.4 so I am hoping with the help of this app I can better chart where I am going wrong. I do watch my carbs, fats and calories and have been doing so faithfully for over 4 weeks and the scale has not budged but by .5 lbs.
