This is so disturbing. One pound after over a week >.>
Does anyone have any ideas of how I can change up my routine and shed these pounds?

Going to wait a week for the next time I weigh myself. Maybe with weight loss too much on the mind I can't lose the weight? Anyways, its disappointing and discouraging seeing the same number three days in a row. Other than that, I'm noticing things I couldn't do before. There's a temple a few minutes away from my apartment that I often walk to. Before I lost any weight, I'd get there in 16-17 minutes. Now, I get there in about 13 minutes. Never had I ever consider beating my walking time by such a difference! So. The scale can kiss my fat ass, because I'm making progress in other ways :)

Uch!! Stuck again!!! This happened before at 160. Will this be a continuous pattern that everything I'm at a weight that ends in '0' I'll be stuck there? Or do girls not lose as much weight because of the fault of TOM?

Bogus progress. Only half a pound in 3 days. Only 28 days to lose 19lbs. Lets see how that plays out.

Slightly over 150 now and I cant wait to get into the 140s!! My entire high school-middle school career I've been between 200-170lbs. Looking in the mirror, I can see my stomach's more tone and my arms just look better overall and its great. 25.5 lbs to reach my goal!!! Good bye September fat, Hello October Slim!
