My new low 🥰 We are leaving town with the dogs tomorrow morning to visit in-laws one state over. I decided to bring my measuring cup and scale to protect my psyche from freaking out over inaccurate ballparks. I know what I'm going to eat. My SIL scalloped corn is one of my favorite pleasure foods and I plan to enjoy it. It's no secret I have a serious weight problem, so measuring out a one cup serving won't seem weird to anyone. If I am hungry for more, I'll have 1/2 cup more, or will have a smaller portion of mac-n-cheese so I can have more corn. The scale will help me guage my protein. I entered a basic food plan for the next three days. Starting a 7 day fast Saturday evening and will have 2 full refeed days before Vacation starts. Need to be close to home for those. I will probably do a 24 hour fast to cover the 5 hour flight and 4 hour drive. I want to stay empty during travel and eat when we arrive at our destination. Am not packing measuring cup or scale for the big trip. Just ballparking it and logging as honestly as possible. This 1.2 lb net loss over 17 days is slower that I would like, but I credit myself for not overeating or eating compulsively since June 4.
