man i have struggled with life and food and wanting to go back into eating poorly i had lost down to 278.6 then was up and down eating badly then eating good then i had gained back up to almost 283 and promised myself this week i will choose to eat better i had a small hiccup with a few bites of some chicken stuff that someone gave me i shouldnt have but i did but i have overall been doing better this week and now im back down to 278.2! i hope to continue to head down that crazy weight scale! i just have to keep my head in the game and remember this is about my health and being here for my kids. I hope everyone is doing good!

its been awhile since ive been on.. started a new job and i am trying to just eat healthier and do my best to stay on the down slope. no longer doing low carb high protein been adding in more healthier carbs and good protein etc.. hope everyone is doing well!!

bell pepper one half stuffed with ground pork lower fat cream cheese mixture with marinara sauce on top and a little extra cream cheese other half just an egg dropped in there with some black pepper little cream cheese and roasted radishes little bit of mustard

i got on that scale this morning and jlente i thought of you haha!! i went from not having a scale and not worrying about my weight but hoped to weigh atleast every week or 2 so i can see if i am staying on track and then here i am climbing on that dam thing every morning asa my eyes open (after the bathroom of course haha) I am quick to become addicted to making sure i am staying on track i might have to give the scale back to my niece so i don't keep weighing but it did tell me i dropped down to 288.8 which mind you im super happy about that! I am only 2 pounds away from where i was almost 7 years ago when i went all in hard core with exercise and dieting But because im not had core exercising my size is different which sucks! lol i was probably 3 sizes smaller in my waist area back then.. I need to get that motivation back. WHERE IS THAT GIRL! lol LONG GONE I SEE!
