There is so much information out there on counting calories, portion control, eating organic, eating for your metabolism type... I feel like I am on overload. I have cut my calories so much, and I am doing very well with the new amount, as I am actually eating more times per day and eating healthier foods than before I started. My problem now is knowing which information I should be keeping in mind while I am trying to make this very important life change.
I guess I will try a little of this and a little of that until I just figure out what works best for me, and then I will just stick with it!

Well, my hubby is leaving for a 2 week trip to Hawaii tomorrow, so we went out to dinner... needless to say, I totally bombed on my calories for the day... I am sure whatever I had lost is officially back.... But only for now! I have 2 weeks to lose some serious weight and I am gonna do it! Would love to be about 10 lbs lighter when he comes home!

Today, I am going to start getting really serious about this weight loss! I am going to do at least 1 hour of cardio a day, six days a week, no matter how bad I feel! I am going to get mentally ready for the changes that I am making, so that they will stick!
Now, I must have a large coffee and my oatmeal!

I am really frustrated! I not only want to lose the weight, I have to! However, I am struggling to get my workouts in... I actually enjoy them, just not feeling them this week... Gotta shake this off and keep at it! Fun and Fit by summer!
