Girl Scout Cookies
Ate about a box and a half of girl scout cookies today. Now, please people, don't say things like, "oh that's ok, you deserved it" or "treat yo-self" cause I think we need more to harsh on ourselves, it's the soft attitudes that let us keep slipping. Anyways, I just had to run extra today.

I do pay attention to calories in and out. I think it works and I'm lean and slender to prove it.

Serving Sizes
Please be careful when reading the nutrition labels. I keep finding items that have the wrong serving size. For example, someone selected the serving size of 1 container of the Hagen Daz Raspberry Sorbet having 120 calories when it should be a serving size of 1/2 cup.
