On Day 2 of my Pre-Cleanse Days. Just finished 40 minutes of riding my Spin Bike (while watching an episode of LOST to get caught up with the new season)... and did Last Minute Abs with Shaun T.... ahhhhh....feels good!
Day 1 of the Cleanse tomorrow! I'm ready!

Okay... I am officially starting tomorrow! MONDAY January 5th
Ouch... I did my first real weigh in and I am actually up 3 pounds from where I thought I was starting from....
But to keep it real and for me to be transparent, I got to be honest and put my starting weight at 131.
This is hard and a little embarrassing since I have fallen off the "cleansing wagon" and I am a "cleansing coach!" But there is freedom in truth!
So here it is! 131 lbs.
I am going to be journaling my journey with my new blog "Confessions of a Cleansing Coach!"
I got to be my best so I can continue helping others be their best!
So, starting with my 2 days of "pre-cleansing" tomorrow!

I'm starting a 30 Day Nutritional Cleanse again (www.destinycleanse.com) and I will also be adding the www.10minutetrainer.com to my exercise routine as soon as it arrives.
Until then, I'll be doing a little P90x and biking or jogging 20 minutes daily...
I feel great and my clothes fit but it's time to really tone up now!!
Just turned 40 and want to stay ahead of the game!!!
