How do I change the diet I'm following?
Go to your "my fatsecret" page and in the top right hand "my profile" box click on "change my diet". Once there find the new diet you are following in the fatsecret diets directory or enter your own personalized diet. You will then be prompted to confirm the diet that you have chosen as well as your goals and starting and finishing dates.

Hey Emily, love your diet, it has got some similarities to mine except you'rs is more sophisticated. Good luck with those targets. Attack them aggressively.

Good question, from seeing all the red arrows (includign mine) it is more of a horror story than a holiday story

Maximum heart rate
What should a good resting heart rate be. Not for people who are super fit but for those that are not totally unfit.
