I started my journey on Monday, September 15, 2014 at 236.8 pounds. I weighed in yesterday, Friday, September 19, 2014 and got down to 234.4 pounds, so I'm very happy about that. I am doing Jillian Michaels' Body Revolution as my exercise routine (officially just finished Week 1) and am tracking calories on Fat Secret! So far so good!! :)
