Breakfast is easy to stick too & has variety. One have ot worry about what I eat for breakfast the first week. Next week will be lunches. I think I'll be able to so that also at least at work since I can't leave while I'll there. Being at home on my days off may be harder. We'll see.

Been mostly off the diet for a while. Need to start over since it worked so well in the beginning. I was also loosing cravings for sugar & carbs. Sweet food tasted too sweet. I had even started to skip a snack - not sure if that is what started me going off the diet or not.

Lost 7 lbs. in 6 days on The South Beach Supercharged Diet. This is the longest I've been able to stay on this type of diet. It's probably because they added more items like to the old one. I've managed to follow it closely. Hope to make it through Phase 1 this time if I can stay away from pizza- my downfall.

Saw info on the South Beach Supercharge diet in Woman's World. It looked like something I could follow better.
I need a more restricted diet that will help with the cravings & blood sugar. Have too many choices with Weight Watchers.
So I went to Barnes & Noble to get the new book. I think now I have all the South Beach Diet Books. I am giving myself a couple of days to study it. Then I can get the right foods for the diet & plan ahead.
