Ooh, it's been a couple months for sure, plenty of ups and downs, I'm happy that I haven't gained all that much. Since I've got an event to attend in 15 days from now I said I'll pop back on the app and try be good, set myself back on track with this external motivation.

How have I been eating 550kcal for the past 2 days and not getting hungry? Not even a tummy rumble? Could it be because I ate last Sunday for 2 days? Will it catch up tomorrow? I guess we shall see 🤷♀️

Stress meter went 📈📈 today so I deleted all my logs and I'm starting afresh tomorrow, I for one am very fond of Mondays, always feel like a new possibility is just around the corner. I know it's a one off but gosh, it's hard when you only have food in your corner to cheer you up 😔. I've got a whole week of deficit to back me up, I know I'm not going to gain that much.. Oh well, such is life and its ok not to be ok sometimes

That's all Covid's doing lol, was telling my sister I'd rather lose weight because of my own doing not illness but here we are, it is what it is. Glad my taste and smell made a come back but my stomach is hating food at the moment. Anybody here who had Covid and it messed up with their stomach too? Would love some insight haha. Nevermind, we'll see it through x
