Good morning & Happy Friday to the mountain side!!!
Go our there & seek that peak today gang. Get yourself stoked on the inside to keep the motivation burning. One of the greatest pleasures in this life is doing what your doubters say you cannot do. So bring some pleasure into your life gang. Do this thing we do. Do the climb. Do it every day. Do it every week. Do it till it's done.
I know deep in the inner recesses of my core being that it takes courage to do this thing we do. I also know that you legion of climbers of mountains possess more courage than any other group of people I know.
Have a happy 4th of July weekend!

Good morning gang!!!
Wake up invigorated this morning to be in the midst of your exodus event. Let the sun that is slowly piercing the darkness & creeping down this mountain side, provide warmth to your face & motivation to your soul his long holiday weekend.
Go forth & celebrate this weekend gang; but with a focus on building habits that allow you to both enjoy the event, without overindulgence. Be the spark in someones life this weekend gang. Be the concussion after the flash of light. Be the WOW factor. Make an impact; to others & yourself. Be the best you, you can be; always.
Have a good one!!!

Gang, bad news across the mountain yesterday. Our hearts are heavy for our fellow climber & sister Sugar Waffle this morning. Please say a little prayer for her today & send good will her way to help carry her soul at this time.
Be mindful of those we surround ourselves with today gang. Our lives are interlinked to a depth that is seldom thought of until a loss occurs. Tell those you cherish you love them today, just to be absolutely sure they know it.
I know the our goals are important & the climb is vital to our future health, but remember to take the time to embrace the ones we seek to share that future health with. We only have a few fleeting days upon this third rock from the sun. Days like yesterday force us to realize how few those number of days actually are. Make them count. May God bless you all.

Oh smell the briskness of the morning air, high on this mountain today gang!
Today is a day set before me to rekindle this fire & signal to the mountain side that storms may dampen the campsite; but they will not keep me from the peak.
Thanks to you all for being the light that carries a brother through the night! Your passion burns bright my friends. Burns bright indeed.

Starting Weight = 476 pounds
Week #22 Closing = 369 pounds
Numbers Update:
107 pounds banished
22.48% of body weight banished
BMI down 13.5 points to 52.9 points
154 days no soda
5 days no alcohol
1 day not exceeding calories
Well, I'm back from vacation. Tried to eat a lot, just to freak out for a week. But I ended up with food poison & spent two days incapacitated & unable to eat. I did drink five beers; first alcohol I had in over 150 days.
Hope all is going well for everybody. Trying to catch up on reading all your posts still. "Houseguests" are still doing fine. Still working on resolving my other problem, but it's progressing.
Down a few pounds in spite of legs being a little swollen with from all the long distance driving over the past 10 days.
I feel like have let a lot of you down with my absence & hopefully I can make it up. Just had to take some time to fend off some storms. My lesson learned would be that happiness does not come by the absence of hardship, but in learning to successfully navigate them. I'm still working on that, but I know that is the lesson I must take away from the experience.
I have to get back in BEAST MODE, which will probably be next week since my mom is coming in to visit this week.
I have missed you all & hope to be a better team member going forward.
