haven't really seen any significant decline. I keep hovering around 150lbs. My menstrual may have something to do with it. I was noticably bloated the first 2 days. Trying to drink more water, so we'll see.

Today I completed fitness blenders 1000 cal workout, now I feel great!! I thought I would be exhausted, especially since I'm fasting, but I am full of energy!!

Yesterday I started the dietbet.com My natural sista's challenge. Hopefully I can lose 4% which is 6lbs. I just need to stay motivated. I also thought I was 5'3", turns out, I'm 5'4" hahaha!! I'm still following the fat loss fasting system by Sara Solomon and I think I will throw in a 30 day challenge in the evening while doing HiiT workouts while fasting during the mornings. I'm getting this money!!
