I'm 47, married with two boys and one grandson. I live in Nebraska. I have struggled all my life with my weight. I had successfully lost 40 pounds with LA weightloss, but unfortunately, I never made it to the end of my program so I never learned how to maintain my loss and I had a lot of insecure people in my life, so instead of positive feed back, I heard, "Your too thin, you look strange, your head looks too big for your body( I know that was a good one) just a bunch of crap, so I started to gain and sadly, I lost myself again and put it all back and then some. So I went back, but this time I struggled to even lose 10 lbs, I kept trying and going back and starting over( I did this for 13 months) but now my clinic closed and I'm out money and my pre-paid bars and the only support I had. So, I'm trying to lose this once and for all.

Water, Water everywhere
I hated to drink water too and having to go all the time, but I got a 32oz glass from the QT or gas station and I told my self, I have to drink 2 of these a day. I fill my cup in the morning and take it everywhere I go. ( so I drink in the car, at work, at home at my moms, etc.) At first it was all I could do to choke down my fist glass sometimes it took all morning and then refill it for the rest of the day, and sometimes I didn't finish the 2nd glass untill I went to bed, but then your body adjusts to getting that fluid, it becomes a habit if you will and so your not going as much and you actually find yourself thirsty. If I forget my glass, I forget to drink, so I still carry it with me, but it does get easier.
