Major Goal Reached This Morning!!
I finally reached the first major milestone in this very long weight loss journey. I have now lost 50 pounds. Thanks to Ozempic, Journaling, Self Awareness and weighing, measuring and recording every morsel that enters my body. It appears I may have lost some nasty habits and gained a few good ones. Lets just hope I can keep it that way. As for now, my intentions are to complete this 165 pound journey. Even though none of you really know me, many of you have been very helpful and insightful. It's been a tremendous help, Thank You. I'm now taking the next step of reaching 250 pounds (a/k/a the 115 pound loss mark). With God's help and your support, I'm sure it can be attained. As always, I am very optimistic.😊
