I fell off the wagon! I always said I'm OK as long as I stay under 140, but once I hit there I'm toast. It just goes up and up and up! So it's time to start paying attention!!!
Currently on the cabbage soup diet (except I don't follow the rules, I just eat cabbage soup and double fiber wheat bread). Once the soup is gone I will stick to my diet better. This is just to CLEAN ME OUT! My usual diet is nothing white (breads, pastas, rice...), no dairy (lactose intolerant), and no sweets. Lots of water, fruits, & veggies.
It's time to get healthy!

So I said I wouldn't weigh in this time of the month - but I did. HA! And I've lost a pound while I'm having my period. That should be noted in history books! Still have a long way to go, but I'll get there! Summer is fast approaching and I sure would like to look decent in a bikini!

OK, so I won't be weighing in any time soon. If I can help it. It's that time of the month, I always go up a pound or 2, and this early in the game I don't want to get discouraged. At least my little monthly visitor explains why I pigged out all weekend. Started taking a multi - vitamin that makes me sick if I don't eat - so I'm eating a balanced breakfast which is new to me (I usually skip it) - so maybe that will help keep the afternoon munchies at bay. Fell off the wagon this weekend - back on track now. Sheesh I gotta see some progress so I will be excited!

Well I lost another half pound! I was 154.5 yesterday and 154 today. Hopefully not just a fluctuation. I am going to spend 30 minutes on the glider today. But we're also going out to eat Japanese...I will stick to the fruits, veggies, and lean meats. I have to work tonight, so dinner will be slim to none -- and I just have to avoid the late night munchies when I get off from work. Then I have to work a double shift tomorrow, so I will be eating fruit for breakfast (at work) and will have to choose a light lunch. Dinner will be late or non - existant so again, getting off late I will have to avoid the late night munchies. I'd like to add sit ups to my workout as well. I'll start with just 10 a night. My stomach is my problem area. Here's hoping I stick to that exercise routine!
