Ok, I have no idea.
Today was my day off. I was pretty terrified that I was going to snack all day. I didn't.
I did eat not health food. Take out chinese and frozen pizza. Dole frozen chocolate covered strawberries. So proud of myself turned down ice cream in exchange for chocolate covered fruit. Somehow I came in WAAYYY under on my calories. No idea. how.
The weirdmate (the name I gave my significant other because our weirds match) is concerned I'm not eating enough, but I swear I pigged out today. No idea.

Ate exactly what I packed for my food today. Didn't add any extras. I may be on to something, just prepare all my meals at once, and eat only what I prepared. I did so well, and didn't feel deprived of anything or hungry. Now however, I'm hungry. It's time for bed though, so I'm going to sleep it off. Just keep telling myself, if I eat now, I'll just wake up with a food hangover. Nobody wants that.

I was gone a YEAR?? well, fartballs.
I started to look back at some of my old journals and weigh-ins and wanted to cry. Life was not good for me then. In fact it was really, REALLY bad. Then the proverbial poop hit the fan, and here I am one year later, deliriously happy, and fat, really, REALLY fat. I'm not ready to look back at those journals, not sure if I ever will honestly. This is ground zero. I've rebuilt my life. I'm at a place where I think for the first time in my life I can truly say I'm happy. Unfortunately happy, came with 35 pounds.
I need to re-evaluate my food. I was about to type that I'm not eating that bad and I can't imagine where all this weight gain came from. Yeah, ya big fat liar. I don't eat that bad most of the time, but I also eat a lot of junk. I still work from my van, and I snack when I'm bored. Ok crazy, what are we going to do about that? Oh I'm so glad you asked.

If you can't pronounce it, don't eat it.

Pack lunches and healthy snacks
. But, I'm mentally only 5 years old, I like bad snacks. I know you are, grow up.

We know how you got here. Thanks, I'll try. I know it took 6 months to put the weight on, but you're old and fat now, it's gonna take longer to take it off. Dude, you just called me old and fat, what happened to be nice to yourself? Starting now.

Can you overdose on B3? I entered my food so far today into chronometer.com and for today so far in at 279% of my recommended B3.
Trying my damndest to eat 100% vegan today. For breakfast homemade veggie lasagna and pistachios. Maybe a red bull because I got up too late to make coffee.
