So far so good. I have about 7 hours left of my 36 hour fast. Apart from a very slight headache I'm doing surprisingly well.

I've decided to postpone my weigh-in until Tuesday morning. I'm planning a 36 hour fast to see what the effects would be and if I can do it. I'll be having breakfast on Sunday morning & then only have dinner again on Monday evening.
Please don't comment if you are against fasting. I'm following guidelines from Dr Jason Fung.

Yay,
I'm finally showing a downward trend on my weight. Let's see what tomorrow's official weigh-in. It might not be much, but I've behaved myself quite well this week.

Same weight as last week. No problem for me. I'm in shark week. Had pasta this week, because a friend made it for me with her new machine, so I couldn't say no. Also had alcohol during week days, which hubby & I are trying to stop, but sometimes life just happens.
I will try my best to keep it clean this weekend. We are not doing anything socially, so it shouldn't be too difficult.
It's Friyay! Enjoy life to the fullest.
