I started a hundred diets in my life and none have been succesful. It took a doctor to put several bits of info together to find the answer to my weight problem. I have been fat since I was 13. A catastrophic injury put me in a wheel chair for several months and on cruches for the rest of the year. I re-injured that same leg 4 years later and was right back up there in a couple of months. I have lost a ton of weight by being disciplined, diligent, and focused. I have a smokin' hot wife and I want her to be able to look at me much more, for her to look at me the way I look at her. Anyway, I want to get below 200 once in my adult life, then to stay healthy at 10% body fat or less.
