It is so nice to wake up and not immediately have a sense of regret and disappointment over the previous day's decisions. Waking up feeling "yay me" is much better! Make it a great day people. One good choice at a time!

Not worried... up and down is natural, especially an a weekend loaded with kid activities and hours of sitting in a volleyball gym. Not feeling rattled... going to refresh and have a great Sunday. Stay warm, Everyone! Brrrrr.
