Well this last month I have watched what I ate but have not been doing my keto. I gained 10 lbs but didn't have internet access to document it. BUT I have been back on keto for 5 days now and the 10 lbs is gone. Im guessing the carbs added water weight but since I still ate well(just not super low carb) it didn't add real pounds. But it did give me a month stall. I plan to keep up with the keto for at least a month before I take my next break. My breaks consist of me eating less than 100 total carbs a day instead of less than 30 total carbs. A break to me is..I stay gluten free and sugar free but I do eat heaver carb veggies. I am a vegetarian and love to cook and I love flavor. Being a keto vegetarian is not easy but I have lost 1/3 of my goal in 3 months and my skin is clearer, I feel like my eyes look younger and I am sleeping better than I have ever slept in my life. Also my body odor is non existent. No more deodorant.(never before would I imagined that one, haha). My mind is also sharper. It is amazing what being low carb does for your body and mind. I feel so much better and happier and that isn't even considering the weight loss. That is just an amazing bonus.

I'm chipping it away little by little. I can not believe how close I am to being less than 200lbs. So close. Once I hit that mark I will have lost almost 1/3 of my weight goal. At the end of next week we are going on vacation to 3 national parks for spring break. I am excited and scared. We plan to camp the entire time and it is also a 24 hour trip to and from our destination. Last time I went camping it was really hard to follow my diet, as well as long car rides in the past always meant snacking on chips, candy, and fast food. I plan to pack groceries but in general I think that it is going to be hard because I love trying new places to eat. Especially Mexican food. I'm honestly getting tired of the tortillaless fajitas with no beans or rice. It seams to be all I can order when I eat out at those types of places and a salad everywhere else. I'm not really getting frustrated with the diet. I feel healthy, I just wish that when I eat out it could be as enjoyable as it used to be. At home I have enough play with my food choices to make meal times good but on the road and camping it is going to be tricky.
