I'm a 34 (right now) female that has always struggled with my weight. Sure I was skinny at one stage but I was also super fat at one stage. I'v been on diets all my life thanks to the pressure from my family, friends and society. Everyone always look so skinny in comparison to me.

I finally decided to try an take charge of my life two years ago and managed to lose 20kg. In my success though I managed to slip two disks in my back sending me straight back to no exercise. I managed the weight with eating clean but then everything just fell off the rails a year ago. With no reason the weight just came back and has not stopped packing itself on.

I decided to kick my smoking habit 3rd April 2017. Thanks to that added on some munchies and weight. Then had some meds added to my bipolar meds to help control hormones as thats one thing that was picked up. But nothing worked. So finally a week ago after a long long long search thousands of rands and what feels like a million test later they figured out I am bipolar, bit hormonal, diabetic type 2 (still reversable), anemic with some extensive kidney damage.

My goal is still to next year do a bikini bodybuilding competition and I am actually trying to restart my journey from scratch. So heres to 15kg to go and my new body I always dreamed of.
