I got up this morning and did 20 minutes(1.25miles) on the Gazelle for a change. I think I know what is going on with my weight going up & down, I noticed yesterday I was bloated all day long. Today, I don't feel the same way as yesterday. Maybe water retention or not enough exercise.

I really don't understand what my body is doing at all. I keep going down 1 pound then back up 1 pound, this roller coaster is starting to make me nauseated. I am so ready to break this plateau I have going on.Does anyone have any pointers in what I am doing wrong or what I can do to stop this? I know I am very impatient but going on 3 weeks and only 4 pounds, something seems wrong. I am going to do this this time usually by now I would have given up but I have finally set my mind to what I have to do but it can be very stressful and discouraging when the scales don't move or it goes up. Any ideas???
