Weight gain in a morning
Generally your body is more dehydrated in the morning than it is in the middle of the day. So during the day, you are adding on water weight. This can help contribute to the 5 pound weight gain. Honestly, don't worry about this weight gain. In the scheme of things, it is really insignicant.

If you want to weigh yourself for comparison, do it once a week at the same time of day (like when you first wake up). This will give you a more accurate comparison of your progress.

Alli diet pills

I got a free month sample pack when they came out in Denmark. I tried them as recommended, with a weight loss journey on the side. My results before and after using them were absolutely no different from each other.

I'd say save the money, follow a proper weight loss system (like FatSecret) and lose weight regardless.

There is no magic pill, and no pill will do the work for you.
I think Kingkeld is spot on here. Even if pills do work, you will be constantly fighting a battle if you don't make lifestyle changes. Way too many people want to lose weight the easy way with pills while still eating junk and laying on the couch all day. It's just a vicous cycle of poor nutrition and exercise versus pharmaceutical help.

Practically anyone can lose the weight they want, it is only a matter of will and determination.
