Again on the wrong track to many carbs. I need to find a solution to my obvious problem with carbs. Any suggestions? I need to lose this weight as it is causing major back issues and I am uncomfortable all the time now not to mention I am on verge of having to buy new clothes which isn't the direction I need to go.

Well another day of non success in my eating and lack of exercise. To many carbs and fats and not enough protein. I know better yet I still do it. Frustrated with myself today. On the bright side there is always tomorrow. :)

Well didn't eat as much as needed and didn't exercise but I did manage to get a treadmill and set it up last night. So hopefully by the beginning of next week I will feel better and use it.
Excited about my challenges that I have selected for myself and have a very good attitude now all I need is will power. I don't believe in dieting just food in moderation and exercise so with that said I will do this!

Well I didn't enter all my meals yesterday as my first day was a disaster after I left home. Work had a candy dish and I kept dipping into it. So in other words at way to much junk food.
Missed exercise again as the antibiotics I am on are making me run to the restroom every 30 minutes only one more day and hopefully I will be back on track with exercising.
