Generally healthy middle aged wife and mom and (unemployed) dietitian. Within a healthy weight limit. My lifestyle and age have caught up with me a little. I want to look better in a bathing suit, feel more comfortable in my clothes, and try not to go up a pants size. I am here to take better control over my weight and diet and fitness-and as an added benefit-mental health. I don't do trendy diets because I enjoy ALL foods and refuse to eliminate anything completely. (Perhaps that why I feel like poo a lot of times.) I am watching my macros and carbs very closely and am earnestly trying to avoid processed foods. Last of all, trying to make full hydration part of my being and not a forced chore.
