Sales guy with too many mileage reports filed. 50 and overweight to a degree heretofore unseen. Love eating and cooking. Atkins history of losing 35 and gaining 40, losing 40 and gaining 45. Done with that.

I drive around, talk on the phone, eat lunch and sell stuff. Can't hustle when I'm too fat. Too many slims in their 30s trying to outsell me. They ain't got my game so here we go. . .

Intermittent Fasting and Low Carb/High Protein
Yeah. It's unnecessary. I've become adept at scrolling past to check for the length and when it's a manifesto, I skip it altogether. It works.
