How much can I lose in six months?
Thanks! Hmmm ... 2pounds a week will take me to my first goal by die end of the year, even leaves me some maneuvering space for those wretched plateaus.
@ Draglist, I was wondering, a year is a long time. Did you struggle with keeping your focus and motivation throughout? I have trouble with this. How do I keep myself on track?

How much can I lose in six months?
Hi guys
I have about 30 kg to lose, but I have decided that 30kg sounds a bit daunting and almost like an impossible task. So I am setting myself a new goal weight to reach before the end of the year. I want to lose 15kg before December and the next 15kg next year. But is 15kg for six months unrealistic? Am I setting myself up for failure? Or is 15kg (especially for someone with twice that much to lose) quite realistic for this timeframe?
I will be following a sensible healthy calorie controlled eating plan and will do mild exercise (I am a new mommy with a full time job and I am writing a book - manuscript must be in by September, so I don't have much time for exercising)
