Yesterday I wrote a lengthy report--after a considerably quiet period of time. The Fatsecret website burped dumping my post. (OMG) This time I am writing this in another app just in case. (Haha)

Right after the last weigh-in, my weight went up four pounds. It has fluctuated up and down. I ate off on my birthday--three scoops of ice cream at almost 1,000 calories. There was no weight gain or loss despite that and other small concessions during and after the weight taking process over the next three days. Then, all of a sudden, I dropped inches again. I am in a size 12 jean--when did that last happen? I cannot even remember. Long before I tried to lose weight a decade or so ago. (OMG) It might be closer to 20 years ago when I got into the size 14--the smallest I have worn in eons. So I am rejoicing in that and feeling the hope of seeing a size 10. Right now, there is no way I could imagine being in them, but success brings hope. The biggest struggle is the mid-section which looks large despite losing 60 + pounds. I have lost a lot of mid-section inches but the smaller jeans leave me looking middle-wide. Haha, At my age, we will see what can happen.

So, today I am the lowest weight I have been for as long as I can remember. Possibly I was a lower weight (with a slimmer mid-section) last around 1980. Whew--that is quite a while ago, don't you agree? When I reach my goal, I sincerely hope I can find it within myself to continue to press toward a lower weight and equally lower BMI. I think I will be able to do this. Thanks for reading my update.

I am trying to post a photo of me and our oldest granddaughter, Ashley, but I keep having the same issue. If I can get the photo uploaded --my granddaughter and I have both lost weight with the KETO Way of Life.
