RAN 3 WALKED 1.5. Workday is almost over and have not put in my food yet. Maybe after I get home. Hope all are well, and staying focused.

Weighed in again....Naked and Afraid! After a 16hour fast, sips of water and 4 miles of exercise. 217.5....after my BREAK FAST I weighed in again at 219, so I am happy. Having issues with over net carbs and under on F/P, cals are fine. Better luck next week....I will persevere to say focused.

Howdy All...hope all is well and dieting woes are minimal. Got two mile in yesterday, but, today....rain, rain, rain, please go away...Fatty Matty needs to run today!

I ate all my food without taking a photo. Sorry. Good news is the sun popped out and it is time for a run....hope to talk to all later. Stay Focused!!!

WOW...this is how ten hours of uninterrupted sleep feels like???? 8pm to 6am...due to the rain! No run this morning, maybe this afternoon before din-din. Stay focused everyone...we can do this!
