Diet starts this week
I need to lose 1 stone and 9 pounds (23 pounds) to reach my target weight.

If I lose 1 pound per week, it will take 23 weeks (just over 5 months).
If I lose 2 pounds per week, it will take 12 weeks (3 months).

I'm going to try to reach my target by 01 May 2007. Wish me luck! Wink
