Here we go again! I'm a woman, I'm a woman on a mission!
I not only CAN do this.
I WILL do this!
Banish back pain...
Banish huffing and puffing...
Embrace the glarious body with which God has blessed me with!
I have, yet again, been blessed with the opportunity to look forward to cruising with not only Donnie and NKOTB, but also all my BH sisters.
I am determined to be comfortable in my clothes, experience EASE in purchasing my cruise wear, heck, even requiring a smaller suitcase because lets face it, larger clothes take up more space!
I know this will be done.
I am determined to keep repeating this and it will become a part of who I am.
This is what I want.
This is what I will acheive.
Time to leave the security blanket behind!

Feeling very good this morning...
Didn't have anything to drink last night, which is awesome because it means that I also didn't smoke :)
I wasn't perfect but I was at least 1000 calories in the defecit...
Going out for dinner tonight, but it's with a fellow ww member so I will be motivated to make healthy choices...
Lunch is planned...
Brekk is a little up in the air...
Snacks are planned...
I know that it takes positive changes may not show up on the scale immediatly, but I really really hope that my weigh in this Saturday goes well...

Meridia REALLY kills yoru appetite!
I thought I was hungry, so I ordered a bowl of wonton vermicelli rice noodle soup and rice noodle shrimp roll.
I was eating lunch late in the day because dinner will be late, and plus I had a great workout earlier in the day...
Now this was a filling lunch, but in the past I would have eaten it and been full... Today I ate it and was PAINFULLY full, as in I don't want to sip my tea... painfully painfully full.
What has this taught me?
That I need to start trusting my hunger will be satisified and not ordering food with my eyes...
PLUS (and more importantly) I need to start putting the utensils down once I am full.
Period.
I have this owful habit that if I have decided I want to eat something (which in my head turns into 'permission' to eat something) I am going to eat it. Come hell or high water.
This has got to stop.
First of all I don't need permission to eat
Second of all, only I suffer when I over eat
and Third, I decided to eat it and therefore I can ALSO decide NOT to eat it. Period.
That will be my next hill too tackle!
