Wow, weighed in and then wanted to play the lottery. Stepped off and had to do it again. Usually don't weigh in at the middle of the week but felt like my body was changing a bit so I stepped on. About a 1/3 of the way there. Another 45 and I want to start jogging. A little at a time. For now, just walking. One day at a time.

Holidays are over, time to get back to work. Managed to get through 2 weeks of parties losing 2 lbs. Now back on course. One day at a time.

I weigh in today with the knowledge that my two older daughters are home from college with a 3.4 and 3.7 in college this past semester and my 2 younger ones, without homework for the week, carrying A's through half their school year. I am going to go off my window eating so I can enjoy Christmas with my family. Where possible I will eat healthy. After 3 months on this drill, I will probably pay for going too far off my (well) beaten path! I have taken to bloody Marys with a double shot of jalapeno tequila and of course, Knob Creek Single Barrel Whiskey in a snifter. No more BEER... and only for Christmas Weekend which started at 12:30 EST at the company Christmas party and will end 8PM Christmas evening or there abouts. I wish EVERYONE a Happy Holiday and hope you get some well deserved rest and relaxation!!

Went out last night to see a friend play in a band. Had 4 or 5 microbrews outside of my eating window. Paying for it today. Hangovers are not fun! :D Back on track again today... (At least until the family is home Christmas week).
