I want to workout and cut my calories i have to have gallbladder surgery so they think my pancreas has something wrong with it of course I'm worrying i want to get better health i wish you all a happy New year and me to a fresh start

I'm having trouble with worry i feel like I can't get motivated to lose weight because that's all I think about I need to prep meals so it's easier to control and give up junk food to and workout any advice thank you
