Hi I am 54 year old female..struggling with losing weight..losing 23 is probably impossible, but setting my goal high, would be happy with .5 to 1 lb per week.
Cannot stand the grossness that my body has turned into, a lot of mush.
I go to exercise class 3 times a week.. Need to improve on that.
6 weeks to July 4. If I could be 6 lbs less., that would be nice..
