I broke down tonight. I stuffed 4-5 large fists full of cheetos in my face 7 hours into my fasting time.

Im very nervous about my upcoming tubal ligation procedure on Wednesday, I'm not one who takes anesthesia well. I'm anxious and work has been a mess. My painfully unsupportive family haas been parading junk food around, offering me bites, chastising me if I take one.
I've been on a 7 day/week 16:8,18:6,20:4 fasting schedule (basically however it works into each day) for 4 weeks, lost 11 lbs, and I have overall felt great.
I know the cheetos tonight were a mistake. I accept that I eff'd up and I forgive me, this change was a lot to take on at first and it hasn't always been easy.
Im tossing today in the fukit bucket, since I'm going to be fasted for well over 24 hours on Wednesday and then it's going to be back to business as usual.

I guess I'm posting this because I could really use the support right now, like I said I'm a nervous wreck and I ate my feelings instead of talking it out.
