I have not been doing very well losing weight! In fact, I have gained weight! My doctor checked my blood work and said everything is fine as far as that is concerned. As of last night, I was a bit discouraged but at the same time very motivated to change it. I saw a saying that said "Your desire to change must be greater than your desire to stay the same" So last night I has meat and broccoli. Today, I am having cucumbers and grilled chicken! I am debating joining wight watchers mainly because of the accountability. However that gets expensive! Would love for someone here to help in that area and help me get and stay on the right track!

I haven't been feeling well so basically eating bread to try to settle my stomach. I have been hovering between 221 and 225 for weeks now!

Started with Fat Secret Saturday night and went to the ER on Sunday with heart attack symptoms. Got to spend the night in the Heart Tower and have a heart cath done on Monday. Good news is no heart attack. Did find Myocardial Bridging. Changed cardio meds and came home Monday night. Positive side - I know what I am dealing with now. And I lost 4 pounds while there!!! Not exactly the best diet plan, but it is a little encouraging that some came off!
