Going Vegan/Vetetarian
yes, a vegan diet can be very unhealthy. so can a meat diet or a high dairy diet! i think its all about what YOUR body wants. Some people also feel that their blood type makes a difference as to what foods work for them. Some people do the Ayurvedic method of body type (Kapha/Pita/Vata). Personally I am ill nearly every time I eat meat or fish or dairy. It seems that there is scientific evidence that supports BOTH theories of ancestors being carnivores or vegans. But lets not argue! Go with what works for you

Going Vegan/Vetetarian
I tried a version of the Atkins diet (Keckwick or 'fat fast'
as a vegan & it was impossible to make the ratios of fat
rotein:carbs add up.
Just going vegan is a huge step towards health! But only if you are dedicated to eat a good amount of fresh raw veg & fruit. Vegan meat substitutes & other snack/junk/fast foods are usually full of chemicals & pretend sugars. I did a spell as a vegan with vegan 'junk food' & my hair started to fall out & my gums bled! NOT a good idea!

Can I add more meals to the day?
I have not bothered to write it all in here for that very reason! I prefer 4-6 small meals per day

If you could buy one workout machine- what?
That would be my (very close) second choice. first is definitely a rebounder (mini trampoline). A good quality one is about 1/4 of the price of a bowflex, is more portable & works out the entire body if you are creative!
