So for the first time in weeks I finish under my RDI but have managed to gain a pound. Last weeks average daily intake was 1879. This has happened because I was very sick Saturday evevning so Sunday didnt eat much and drunk gallons of water. Prob water retention I reckon.

Weigh-in: 176.0 lb

lost so far: 27.0 lb

still to go: 36.0 lb

Diet followed reasonably well

Last weeks daily average intake was 2253 cals per day. Bit over again but had a rather active weekend especially Sunday so happy with the one pound loss.

Weighing in a day late as I forgot yesterday. Last weeks average daily intake was bit higher at 2153 cals per day but I have been quite active all week and weekend.
